You can place a return request within the seven days of order delivery
Pack the item with the copy of packing slip safely in the same way; you had been delivered
You will receive an email from within 24-48 hours of the pickup with the tracking details. You can easily track the package online
Our logistics service provider will arrange pickup of the product
After the product is received, it will be verified against your claim
Return could also result in a refund of money in some of the cases.
1. Item was defective.
2. Item was damaged in transit.
3. Products were missing.
4. The wrong product was received.
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, 4petneeds/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Some specific products will not be returned or refunded if the seal is found broken, the list of such things include in case the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes:
Food
Grooming products
Supplements
Dog apparel
Beds
Car seat covers etc.
Once your product is collected and received, the refund process will be started. The return will be made to the 4Petpay Wallet.
1. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to 4petneeds within three days from the time of delivery.
2. All items that returned, they must be unused and in their original condition. The products should be with all original tags and packaging and should not be broken or tampered with.
3. The charges of shipping and handling are non-refundable on product returns under the return policy. If you have got damaged and wrong product, the company will pay the return shipping cost.
4. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product, and then the refund shall be credited to the customer's account.
5. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of 4petneeds.
6. Make sure that once our representative will go your place and your item will not be packed; then courier boy will not go again there in any situation.
7. If you cancel your order before your item has shipped, then the entire amount will be refunded.
8. In case, your product is shipped, but not delivered, then contact us on our customer care to return your order.
9. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned unless there is the problem with our item.
